Payment & Cancellation

Once your hunt week has been established, your reservation will be held for up to 10 days, during which time we require you to remit the following:

A $350.00 deposit for Archery or a $450 deposit for Gun
(check or money order) made payable to:
Swan Creek Outfitters, Inc.
• A completed and signed Swan Creek Outfitters, Inc. Hunt Reservation Form.

The balance for your hunt is due in two installments:
• $500.00 for Archery or $750.00 for Gun is due by April 1, 2010 
•  The remaining balance is due by October 1, 2010
  
  If your deposits aren't received within 15 days of their due date Swan Creek Outfitters, Inc. reserves the right to cancel you hunt and all deposits will be forfeited.
  
  Upon your arrival in camp, our SCO guide will go over a release waiver and SCO Guidelines form, both of which your must understand and sign.

Deposits are non-refundable. However, if your hunt is cancelled by June 1, 2010 (or earlier) your deposit may be applied to a future hunt. If your hunt is cancelled twice, your deposit will be forfeited.
